The name "Quin'z Top" encapsulates everything we are:
Quinzeina, the mountain that watches over Frassinetto;
Queen, the queen of hospitality;
Top, because we always strive for the best.
Opened in June 2024, the restaurant has become a landmark in just a few months: for locals, summer vacationers, and visitors from the Canavese and Turin areas, attracting tourists from all over Italy and abroad.
Managed by Luca and Fabrizio Bonatto Marchello, brothers and locally natives with over thirty years of experience in the restaurant business, and by Maurizio Gabriele Leone, a manager with 25 years of experience in the industrial sector, with experience managing resources, capital, and complex projects.
The restaurant offers à la carte dining for both lunch and dinner, in an elegant mountain setting. A spacious summer terrace is available for al fresco dining. The bar and ice cream parlor complete the offerings, offering cocktails, draft beer, and breakfast and aperitif service. Numerous events are offered, both culinary (tastings with winemakers, themed menus) and social (yoga events, book presentations, live music sessions). There is a small corner selling local products and a tourist information point.
The cook
Fabrizio began working in the kitchens of restaurants in Canavese and later in Italy at a young age.
After various experiences, he settled in the kitchen of the Hotel Mignon in Cervinia, where he managed the restaurant's kitchen for over 20 years, becoming a point of reference for tourists from around the world.
His passion for his hometown and his family are the main guiding principles for his participation in the Quin'z top project.
